1. Services Provided
Reliable Packers & Movers provides:
- Household packing and moving services
- Office and commercial relocation
- Vehicle transportation (cars & bikes)
- Packing material supply and warehousing
- Loading, unloading, and unpacking assistance
2. Booking & Quotations
- All quotations are based on information provided by the customer.
- Final pricing may vary after physical or video survey.
- A booking is confirmed only after advance payment and written confirmation from us.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance: 20% of total cost at booking
- Balance: 80% before or at the time of loading
- Accepted modes: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card (where available)
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 72+ hours before move: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- 24–72 hours before move: 50% refund of advance
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about items, addresses, and access
- Declare valuable, fragile, or prohibited items before packing
- Empty and defrost refrigerators/freezers 24 hours before the move
- Arrange parking and building permissions at both addresses
- Ensure valuables (jewelry, cash, documents) are kept with you
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Illegal substances, firearms, or explosives
- Live animals or plants (unless pre-arranged)
- Hazardous chemicals, flammable liquids, or compressed gases
- Perishable food items
7. Liability & Insurance
- Basic transit insurance is included in the service cost.
- Additional coverage can be purchased at 1% of declared value.
- Claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
- We are not liable for damage caused by improper packing done by the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
8. Delivery Timelines
- Local moves: Same day or next day
- Intercity moves: 3–10 days depending on distance
- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on route and conditions.
9. Website Usage

- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in our registered city.
